Federal Criminal Practice: A Seventh Circuit Handbook, it is the only authoritative volume analyzing federal criminal law in the Seventh Circuit.  The topics covered include substantive federal offenses, their elements, and related sentencing guidelines; pretrial, trial and appellate issues. The product of years of careful study and practical application by partners Michael Monico and Barry Spevack, it is a legal resource that has been highly praised by many criminal law practitioners.
